A system dedicated to capitalism, so as to manufacture and consume. They even curb the love of nature because it hampers the economic system. They promote buying new items and dissuade people from mending or repairing owned items. Even children play with multiple advanced toys and it's absurd to play without any toys because of their economic culture.
People in World State have no privacy in their lives, they do their thing without any secrecy. If someone leads a private or secluded life, then people regard him/her with suspicious eyes, just as it was the case with Bernard Marx. He wants a life with "real freedom" which recognises his own choices. He was a sort of renegade in the society whereas Lenina is an ideal World State citizen who frequently consumes Soma and publicly commits in multiple relationships.
The government allows free love and adultery is prevalent without any negative aspects attached to it. In fact, people are encouraged to not commit to a single person for a long time. They believe that repressed thoughts and emotion cause instability and yearning to commit a crime.
